• Two planning check-ins before the event

• set-up oversight (decor, food/beverage stations, favors, etc.)

• On-site coordination (up to 5 hours)

• Management of event flow (buffet/food, cake cutting, speeches, gift opening, etc.)

• Guest assistance and problem solving support

• Clean-up coordination at the end of the event
